To set goals that many people can understand and measure, we've made our vision concrete.
By 2030, at the corporate level, we set to achieve a 150% increase in total revenue compared to 2010, and, at the social contribution level, we will provide sustainable travel products that are consistent with our ESG management policies.
Management initiatives to achieve these goals include three key strategic elements,
Partnership Management, Human Resources Management, and “New Paradigm” Management,
which covers our corporate culture, business operations, environmental protection, and management.
We are also preparing to move into new business areas (such as medical/bio-tourism)
to reflect the needs of more diverse customers.
